We do not make a PC version; however, the instructions seem to be far more straightforward:

  1. From the Start Menu, click Run.
  2. Type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures and then press Enter.
  3. Ensure your signature has a .htm (not .html) extension, and place it into this folder. The name of your signature will be the same as this filename.
  4. Open Outlook; you should see your new signature in the list!

Note, in some newer versions of MS Outlook, it appears the pathname may be different, i.e.:

  • %APPDATA%\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures

The word 'Signatures' may also be localized, e.g., it could be 'Firmas' in a Spanish configuration.
