Website Version (OS X 10.9+):
  1. Download the free trial or licensed version from the email receipt.
  2. Unzip and install. See this FAQ if you are having issues with the Username and Password.
  3. Launch MSG Viewer for Outlook from your Applications folder, and set up your Preferences.
  4. Help > Test installation to confirm everything is working properly.
  5. Activate license code if purchased (located in your email receipt) via License > Enter License menu.


Website Version (legacy versions, OS X 10.6-10.8):

  1. Download the free trial or licensed version from the email receipt (licensed users must use the link in the email receipt).
  2. Unzip and install. See this FAQ if you are having issues with the Username and Password.
  3. Launch MSG Viewer for Outlook from your Applications folder.
  4. Activate license code if purchased (located in your email receipt)
  5. Set up your Preferences.


Mac App Store Version:

  1. Download MSG Viewer for Outlook from the Mac App Store.
  2. Launch MSG Viewer for Outlook from your Applications folder.
  3. For access to all features, Purchase (or restore already-purchased) license via in-app Purchase (via Help menu or 'gear' icon).

    License is pre-bundled with MSG Viewer for Outlook Pro, so this final step is not required in that case.
