MSG Viewer for Outlook also has the ability to process EML files directly in the following ways:

If the output format is selected as PDF, you can perform EML to PDF conversions -- even if those EML files were not generated by MSG Viewer for Outlook. See this FAQ for a few additional details on PDF conversions. (OS X 10.8+ only)
If the output format is selected as MSG, you can perform EML to MSG conversions. This is still a new feature, and not all features may be supported. (OS X 10.8+ only)
Processing EML files will automatically extract any MSG files present within those files as separate attachments. This is particularly useful if you have an existing batch of EML files, and yet only some of them have MSG attachments. You can then re-process the extracted MSG files to EML using MSG Viewer for Outlook.
