The following instructions will resolve licensing issues after the macOS 10.15 Catalina or 10.16 Big Sur upgrade.

It's very important before reviewing these instructions to ensure you are working with the correct version of the application. If you know which version you have, you can skip to the instructions for your version.

  • In your Applications folder, do you see MSG Viewer for Outlook ProIf so, you purchased the Pro version of the app via the App Store.

  • Otherwise, in your Applications folder, you will see MSG Viewer for Outlook. This means you either purchased the app via In-App purchase (via the App Store) or via our Website.

The licensing schemes are not compatible, so please be sure you're working with the correct version first. If you're unsure which version you have, please check your AppStore purchase history or lookup your order on our website. Note: If you download/install the App Store version and you realize you have the Website version, you must hide your App Store purchase to prevent this from being a problem in the future.
