For users of macOS Big Sur (10.16), we are aware that the Quicklook functionality is displaying the "unregistered" content even if users have paid for a license.
Apple modified the behavior of Quicklook in a way which prevents the Quicklook plugin from reading the configuration for the user to determine whether or not they have paid for a license. We filed a bug report months ago, and have also contacted their DTS team. The DTS team told us to wait for the bug report to be investigated.
If Apple solves it, the problem goes away on its own.
